To those of you that offered wonderful suggestions, i thank you kindly...for those that wanted to slam me before knowing me, you can **** off. The fact is that i have owned harleys in the past, just never a brand new one with a warranty...and as for the asswipe that decided it would be a good idea to tell me to sell the bike, you must feel like a big man hiding behind you computer to be making statements like that...you don't know me, will never ride with me, and couldn't even begin to know what my personal experience with air cooled motorcycles is, so shut the f&"@ up. To all of you others, manual is en route, will be doing the maintenence this weekend...FWIW, i make double payments on my bike and pay student loans back on top of the other bills i have at the beginning of the month which led to my consternation...not that any of you needed an explanation, but i figured i'd just explain why i am tapped at the beginning of the month...cheers.

Actually, I just completed the 1,000 mile service this weekend and it all went off without hitch. Yeah, I have been a member of this forum for some time and I never had responses such as I had from the jerk that told me to sell the bike....Obviously, the guy is a coward considering he never responded back to my replies...No worries, all is done, and it feels great to be back on the road...thanks for the kind words and encouragement !!!!

Do the crank oil then the rest as you can. then record< 1000mi. no biggy
easy job. ride safe
