The part number for the 07 SERT is 32107-01F, and you can map the 06 bikes with a SERT not using the 02 sensors at all, I would hazzard to guess that the 07's will be the same. Be careful when using an older dyna exhaust on a 06 & up Dyna, the oil filler location has changed and certain brand pipes cross right over top of the filler tube, don't ask me how I know this. As for the 02 sensors, they both have a few inches of wiring leads , one plugs in under the seat and the front one is in the electrical box just below the voltage regulator.

I am a poor man (why did I buy a Harley?).
If you are poor, do this first: Drill your pipes out 1st (won't hurt a thing), this will give you a few horses and your Dyna will sound like a Harley. All you need is a 1 1/4" hole saw, and extension ($20, or borrow for free). Shove the drill up the muffler, press the button and in about 5 minutes, or less have more noise, power and fun.
Next step is a fuel enrichner (TFI, $235). Any Full flow air filter if you need more noise and HP ($130).

WARNING: This WILL lower your max torque, but increase your max Horsepower. (So will any other slip on duals)

Do NOT put a full flow air filter system on your bike until you get a TFI, HD Stage 1 remap, or PCIII, etc.
When you open up you pipes and put that big ac on the throttle body, you will run way to lean and burn up your $6000 V-Twin motor.
I would not opt for the remap. You don't need to rev that extra 400 rpm. Shutting down at 5800 will probably keep your TC88 or TC96 going for over 1000,000 miles without any major work.

By drilling my pipes, adding a TFI, and a K&N filter kit I went from the stock 62hp to 74.3 on the dyno and putting out 77.8 lbs. of torque.

The TFI provided a perfect fuel curve acroos the board.
The dyno tune guy that did my bike sells PCIII's for a livin', and couldn't believe how well the TFI worked. He said I had a great product, and NOT to change a thing.

My carberator buds all hailed EFI as King that day. Not bad for a simple, poor guy.

You do NOT want to bypass the 02 sensors. Make them work for you.

If you are going to spend good money on an exhaust system change, go to 2-1. That will boost you HP, and torque.

My opinion.

Have fun, and Ride. Ride, Ride.

As for the '06's the slip-ons can be put on without any downloads, when you add the A/C this download will have to be done. Now since the '07 have a 96 motor I think you still can but the slips on.

I ran SEIIs for about 600 miles with everything else stock. I had no problems, but, I did notice a difference once I got the download. There's a video somewhere in the archives here that I posted that shows the stock/SEIIs. Search my old posts.
