Need a little help attaching this strap. I don't understand the directions.
One picture shows the nut and bolt going through the holes in the strap. Another shows that it should be attached to the lowest hole in the fender and it won't reach.
Yep, throw it in the trash. That's what I did with mine, made the install very easy. I also swap back and forth between the touring seat and a solo so I was not going to fight that thing. I doubt anyone actually uses them unless you have a bull rider on the back, he might.
Screw goes thru fender from under, thread pointing up, Attaches to lower front hole, form like a V shape where strap cross each other [/B]thru screw, slide rear of seat thru and rotate seat to mount on bike. It worked for me

Look at my seat for the picture. Mine's a tall boy, but same concept.
The pic should show you about where the bolt is. BTW, put the seat in at angle and twist be careful not to scratch your fender with the end toward the tail light.
