Got my Bell Custom 500
And fit, hence comfort, is highest on my list. When I went to replace my old Shoei FF (the foam had turned to glue), our very large local dealer had one helmet large enough to fit me (XXL), but it fit perfectly! It happened to be a 3/4 w/ flip-up visor, but I was open to that, and the color was right (silver). For $150 my problem was solved. The flip-up visor is perfect for hot weather and leisurely putts.
Except for color, looks like this:

I will still look for another FF as well, but I want to try it on before buying it.
LOL.... I just got a full open-face helmet (brand new), for winter time riding along with one of those full head sock thingys. The helmet fits pretty good and hopefully won't be a bobble-head. But damn do I look funny lookin in the mirror.
It was one of the ones K-Mart was selling, discounted down to $10, and has a DOT sticker on it.
