With the 14 Burlys I didn't have to change wire harness length but had to go to +6 over stock on throttle, idle and clutch. Attached pics, one with Z bars other with Burlys.
I went with the Wild 1 Chubby Outlawz and lowered the tubes down in the trees so they would fit. Only went down less than a quarter of an inch.

Nice looking bike! Apes make everything look great! Im confused on my bar situation for my bob,,,either 10in drags with ness fairing or 18in black gangster bars with no fairing!

2008 and up FXDB's have integrated risers, PVC wont help you.
