Search "power commander fuse," there are 70 posts using that criteria on this forum alone. So between here, HDTalking, VTwin and all the other hd forums, I'd say yeah, there is a pretty substantial history of power commander issues involving a fuse in some way or another.
I used that criteria and pulled up 18 Threads and only two referenced blown fuses. One was a ECM fried and blew the ECM fuse and it is more than debatable that the PC caused the problem, in fact the repair was never followed through on and the other was unrelated to PC and was caused by a pinched wire after a chrome controls install that blew the ING fuse. The latter sounds like the OP problem. Most of the references to fuse were "fuse" block or "fuse" panel and recommending cleaning and using dielectric grease to combat the moisture problem. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/searc...archid=7303081
I not convinced, but I am not there to TS the problem either. I would still investigate for a pinched or shorted wire somewhere. I guess we will find out down the road.

This post is a little old but since I removed the PC I haven't had any problems. Don't think it was a pinched cable, almost sure it was the PC that got moisture in it. I did plug it into my computer and it seems to be working fine, as I can control everything. Haven't tried putting it back in though, may get it repaired then sell it and buy a thundermax autotune.

Good to know the outcome; sure is a common issue. Love the thundermax especially with the autotune module, but damn, it's pricey...
