I'll jump in on this about a 103" putting out them #'s. My build is putting out 123hp & 124tq and it's a 103". Here's a rundown on my build...103 with 110" heads ported & polished to match tman 625 cams, baisley roller rockers, black ops lifters, zippers adj.pushrods, hpi 55 tb w/5.3 injectors, se heavy breather, d&d boarzilla, sert w/upgrade. The motor was built & tuned by schaeffers hd/jds cycle works. Ask anybody on the east coast about Dave at jd's, he's one of the top tuners in country. Bruce(seven) at schaeffers is a 4x hot street national champion, '06,'08,'09,'10 and currently is the 1/8 & 1/4 national record holder. So he knows how to build a motor. So it is possible if you have parts that work together and someone who knows how to tune a bike to perfection. I'll look around for my sheet to post up.
