Personally, I recommend against changing the look of the stock '09 Street Bob motor ... I suppose it is personal preference, but I like the nostalgic look of the silver bottom end and the black top end .... so much that I mimicked the look on my '05 Dyna ....
A lot of the old Pans, Shovels, etc had that look with raw cases and black cylinders and heads ....
