Obviously most everyone missed the point.. who cares how I went about contacting/communicating with them... I bought the product, product sucked, and they are trying to hide that fact from other customers

Thanks for the lessons on ethics though, but I will stick to my way of customer service- and if someone wrote to me on Facebook with an issue in the way I did, you better believe I would have had someone contact them to resolve the problem and comment on it right then and there so the world would see what great customer service I had. No delete it and sweep it under the rug.

I guess thats why I have ran multiple successful businesses for the past decade, by treating the customer as #1 no matter how they communicate issues or comment to us. Glad to see a company put out garbage products and everyone attack the guy who pays for a POS product because he is unhappy. I hope I prevent someone out there reading this from making the same mistake- Buying garbage products... plain and simple.

That's exactly the point.
Who cares how I went about it. The point is, I bought a crappy designed product and they gave me the cold shoulder. They know a paying customer had a issue, and they ignored it.

Disagree all you want, but the point is for quality products Custom Dynamics failed the test.

No the point is you have no clue what you are doing, as I stated earlier, I have used the same or very similar products, it is on my bike right now and has been for months. NO problems because I was smart enough to figure out how to use it....JEEEEZZZ a small hole drilled for the wires and you are set, the problem is YOU not the product.

Um why would I need to drill a brand new product? No where in the instructions did it say to drill anything. I used it as they intended, so your saying I have to hack it up to make it work right?

ROFL come on. Thats like buying a new car and having to install a gas pedal to use it. Another person who doesn't 'get it' you don't sell a product that needs to be hacked up to use it without damaging it.

I am glad you were "smart" enough to figure it out, I guess you are insinuating I am not as smart as you? LOL

Default My experience with Custom Dynamics

Since all of Custom Dynamics LED products have a unconditional lifetime warranty with a receipt. I believe that if the OP did not have the skills to install said product, he/she should have brought the project to a capable person for install. There are many on this forum like this guy that should never try a mechanical/electrical install.

I purchased a pair of led tail lights a few years ago and a few (of the 24) LED's no longer lit now. Within a few minuets the problem was resolved by a phone call and a request to send them back. The OP's problem could have been resolved just a quickly as mine. A typical example of a customer who you (as a business owner) wish to avoid no matter how much money is involved in the sale.

Subject: WOW.

I posted on your Facebook page of the issue I had with your LED license plate, and you not only deleted the comment but blocked me from posting on your Facebook page.

Not only was your product complete garbage (and you are simply hiding the fact obviously) but that was the most UNPROFESSIONAL move I have EVER seen. I will make sure to post this **** on the Harley Davidson forums to avoid you and your pathetic company. Nice way to stand behind your paying customers!

Do what you fell you need to do, why have we sold tens of thousand of these units and no one but you have ever had a problem with the wiring except you?
If you simple contacted us that you had a problem with the unit we would of gladly replaced it for you however when you start off by attacking and make false statements, as you continue to do that is when we do tolerate that on our social medial page and will delete and block the user. As we stated in the previous email, our offer to replace the unit still stands.
Please be sure when you post on the HD forums you post the truth, as we are also a member and can post your emails there to.
