Did some research for you on the chrome & rubber collection floorboard inserts.
The rider boards from the kit you have will receive this kind of inserts.
The passenger insert...
... will only fit to the passenger boards as used at Softail and Touring models. The shape of the Dyna footboards does not match with the S and T models boards. These have the mounting bracket with two tabs...
...where as the Dyna passenger boards receive only one large tab (see image below)

If you really want to use the chrome & rubber passenger footboards on your Dyna, my advice would be to get a pair of S/T footboards and mounting brackets from Ebay and customize them to fit your Dyna...
