Quick question Hogpro., or anyone else with the riser mounted gauges...
How is the angle on them? I've got some risers with a slight pull back, places the gauges pointed almost straight back and just below eye level. I want the bars farther forward (straight risers or Tbars) but love how easy the tach and speedo are to check.

If your risers are tall enough, you can mount the gauges on the closer side of the bars. Just flip the bracket upside down and they will slant down towards you. The reason I say tall enough risers is because you need to clear the tank.
I know quite a few people who have done this. Wargasser Speed Shop has been making some cool custom bars with the bungs welded on for this type of gauge mount. Mine are perfect wehre they are due to the style of bars so I can actually see the gauges.
The bag has a hard plastic mold. Just mounted right on longer strut bolts. Like I said above I will add an extra support bracket when time allows. Not a great shot but you get the idea. Here is how my bars are with the gauges on top mounted with cable clamps and some electrical tape wrapped around the bars to protect the powder from getting marred.
How do you like the cee baily's screen. Any vision issues with the straight black at stock height? Any buffeting issues? I am looking at the tinted baily's vs rifle screens at stock height or maybe plus two. Should probably wait until sat when the bike gets here but would like to here your opinion.
