I checked out the Custom Dynamics site and they seem to have one that fits the bill. Someone was telling me I need the gen 3 LED's as they are the brightest. I can;lt buy anything right now, gotta play catch up on the bills but if anyone has the custom dynamics post a pic in bright sunlight please. Also if you have the BAL do the same. My brake light is definitely important as I do not want to get rear ended.
I am interested in the LSR as well. I pm'ed you Photo Rider. Down the line I am going to pull the heads off and see if they have been ported and polished or not. I tend to think that they have as the bike has some get up and go, but if not I will get a set of heads off of an 07 and up 96" and have that done to them. This bike is just too much fun to ride at speed.
I had the suspension all the way hard for the ride home with my super heavy travel bag (tools and I am usually the only one who brings them for some reason). I softened up the rear shocks to 4 clicks from hardest this morning and it seems I like it better a bit harder even our crappy Los Angeles streets and freeways.
My d2moto tail light is bright and can be seen fine during the day....you just got an ebay special, my buddy did the same thing and its got the same look thats it....they arent the same
Could be an old stock d2. They changed to the gen 3 leds which are much brighter. My buddy has one on his sportster and its bright - even during the day. His doesn't have integrated turns though. The custom dynamics has more leds though - higher quality at 75% more. I have found them on the web as low as $120 w/o the turns
Thanks for the info. The pipe is a bit out of my range right now even at used cost which is disappointing but what can ya do.
Understood. The replacement is almost $1300. Should have bought it in the 1st place. Being they are made to order they take 2+ months to get so I couldn't take it off for a while. Ordered in OCT and got in Jan. They said they are swamped this year compared to last years. Guess things may be turning up...
