Air filter fixed, now dead battery?
Hey everyone. I fixed the air filter by punching out the old bolt heads and putting new ones. I was happy to fix it so easily, and was about to let it run to make sure there was no exhaust leaks, and come to find out my battery is dead. I jumped it with my Jeep, it ran for about 10 minutes, but as soon as I killed the engine, it lost all charge again. Any ideas if this is linked to the air filter? I have it on a 2 amp trickle charger right now. Should I bump it up to 10 amp?

It's not the car battery but the charging system that has a lot more output than your bike requires. Hopefully you're OK and dodged a bullet.

Good for you fixing it without spending loads of cash.
