I sometimes wear a Scorpion EXO 1100. I don't like the way a full face smashes my cheeks together, and the Scorpion EXO 1100 has air bladders in the cheek pads so they can be adjusted. It isn't the quietest full face, but it's a lot quieter than my Outlaw and a whole helluva lot quieter than my HCI. The anti fog shield is one of the best on the market, and it also has a lock so that you can ride with the shield "cracked" open. I would say the vents are just okay, but then I prefer a half helmet, so they might be pretty good for what they are, and the pop down sun shade is handy, but I always wear sunglasses anyways.
Overall I really like the Scorpion EXO 1100. It is the most comfortable full face helmets I have ever put on my head. YMMV. I know people that swear by Arai, and I know they make a great helmet, but I couldn't get my noodle out of that thing fast enough.
I have the Scorpion EXO-1100 and love it. It's a great helmet. I also picked up a Scorpion Exo-1000 when the newer 1100 model came out. I picked up the older model for 98 bucks. I use it for passengers.
If money is not an issue; I wear a Simpson Outlaw Bandit and love it..I come from a racing background in both motorcycles and karts. Been on my head more times than I would like to remember and SFI or Snell rated is the way to go...
True, and they'll also take 5% off the $1,200 helmet bag. Actually only kidding about the bag, but with a 4K helmet, I'd be AFRAID to fall. Think it comes with an insurance plan?
I had this for a couple of years - I think they stopped making them - A little noisy but fits well. Suomy has three bucket sizes as well as options for sizing the cheeks pads.
