I love my Shoei rf-1100. Its comfortable, light, stays cool in the summer, and very quiet. I don't understand why people don't wear helmets, they keep the bugs and rain from hitting your face and kills the wind noise.
Oh, and they can save your life!
Woman with 6 kids going to city at a stop light gets ran into by an 18 wheeler, car bursts into flames and she doesn't survive. Healthy male 42 fitness fanatic dies of massive heart attack. I wear a FF only when its cold. A 3/4 the rest of the time. I don't expect any helmet to keep me alive at highway speeds if I go down. Only reason I wear one is because for one it cuts noise down and offers SOME protection... Keyword being some. Nobody has a say in their end day. Being from Ohio I'm one of a few that wears any helmet at all.

Exactly! If I wear a helmet at all, I wear the skid-lid with goggles for short trips and the full face occasionally for long hauls because it is quieter. I dress for the ride, not the fall...If I die, I die doing what I love...what better way is there to go meet your maker? Life's a bitch, then you die.
any of you guys have experience with this products or even with a similar icon helmets + would like to know if there's something about the sizing of the icon helmet
It's made to fit an oval shaped head. If your dome is round you will have pressure points on your forehead and on the back of your head. The padding will break in so get one that fits snug. I had one and it fit well. It is loud for a full face but if your coming from a half lid you won't notice a difference.
You will notice a difference compared to other full face helmets. This helmet moves a lot of air and has large air channels between the padding and the shell. I only used this helmet on 90+ degree days.
