You can try u sung a bolt with a couple of nuts on it. What you do is find a bolt with a head that fits snug in the drain plug and then screw on two nuts and tighten them together really tight. Then put a wrench on the nut that is closest to the drain plug to turn the plug loose. I had to do this on my 4-wheeler because I didn't have an Allen key big enough to take off the timing cover. I hope this helps.

I think that is how installed the Harley oil cooler, 7/16 allen. But eventuanlly I bought the right tool for the job. But it will do in a pinch.

But 3/8 is very common size.

I saw a thread like this on a Suzuki forum. A guy used a long bolt, heated it and bent a 90 degree on the end opposite the head. Instant allen.

I like to think he meant for something he was working on in the garage.

Are their people who leave home with out a 3/8 allen? or 3/16? or 7/32? Plus the little ones. At the very least you should have a folding set. I full size ball ends myself.

I laugh at the guys who leave home, with crap.

My 07 doesn't have emergency belt kit, cause last time I looked they don't make them for 6 speeds. Which boggles my mind, cause Harley likes to sell stuff. I also don't car spare ignition on my 07, since it FI, and I don't have have a spare ECM.

I have added jumper cables since this pic.
