Default Nighttrain Wheel

Hello Guys, greatings from Germany!

Sorry for my poor english, I've a question to my plan to get a 2007 Nighttrain Wheel in my 2009 Streetbob.
I was told that this Wheel has 14mm more Material at the Pullyside and that I've to turn of this 14mm from the Pully.
For me, this seems al little bit to much, the Pully becomes very thin?
Sombody of you have done this and nothing is broken?

My Ride was dynoed with 110hp and 153 Nm Torque without NOS! Don't know what is the power with NOS but it's a little bit more

God bless you

Dirk

I do not know the specifics on your proposed setup, but just throwing out a thought.
You may be able to compensate with different spacers between the pulley and wheel. I run an 07 Softail wheel on my 05 Dyna and it was a straight bolt on with a different spacer.

Yes, you are right! But the problem is that my tire will not run in the middle when I do this!
I like to drive as fast it is possible, so for me it's important.

Might wanna use a softail deuce rear wheel, the nightrain wheel use a 200mm tire and that's a tight fit alone. But if your mind is set do a search a member fit the wheel u want on his dyna

Without actually seeing it, hard to say. I do remember some Softail pulleys that I have seen often have the spacer built into them, without mounting and measuring I'm afraid I can only offer educated guesses. Good luck with it.

Use 25mm axles bearings spacers and sleeve in place of the 1" parts he used

I will use a 190/55R17 Pirelli Diabolo Rosse on that wheel. That will run without any problems in this fender.
A friend of my have made this but he has the stock power in his bike, so I don't know if this will run with my bike.
The Deuce wheel was a option before, but I get this Nighttrain wheel for very small bucks.
Maybe it is a good plan to change from belt to chain?

BTW: cool link, thank you a lot!!!

I have a crossbones rim on mine... I had to remove .250 off the inside of the pulley and .400 off the belt side wheel spacer... after that its an easy fit..
