Thanks Guys and I hope this post helps someone else having a similar problem like this!
I've been following this discussion with interest, and am glad to see you finally got it solved. Congratulations!
Here's a request -- could you contact the site mods and get them to move this whole thread to a forum more appropriate than the New Members area? There's lots of valuable information here that could be helpful to others like you said, and I think it'll get lost if it stays in New Members.

I'm going to try to get this post moved because like you, I think there is an enormous wealth of information that can be used over and over again and greatly help someone else having similar problems! Does anyone know how to contact the moderators?

You were dead on in that post about the fuel pump being the probable source to my problem! Although I eventually had to go into the tank, I had to start with the small causes and work step by step instead of jumping around in order to cover all the bases. The ignition seemed to be the most likely because of the misfire and the codes in the ECM pointing to non combustion in both cylinders. But after chasing all those leads down and finding no problem, it was time to go into the fuel delivery system which proved to be the culprit! Thanks again, and I really got to know my Harley by chasing down this problem myself instead of letting the shop eventually chase it down! If I had not of tried to repair it, I wouldn't have ever been able to understand and diagnose any future problems! Thanks again to you and everybody for Their input!

The person that had the bike before me, got tired right away of chasing down the problem and sold it as quick as he could! Of course he told me that there was nothing wrong with it when I talked to him on the phone, but after he came down $600 on the price,I should of been suspicious and walked away! But I didn't and its fixed now for a lot less than I first thought it would eventually cost me! I just had to call that guy back I bought it from and tell him what I found! He just sat there a minute and then offered my money back if I wanted to get rid of it! He was cussing while hanging the phone up! Persistence always pays off in spades!!

I have been following this thread. I too like to do my own wrenching. There is a wealth of knowledge on this site. I have found answers to various issues and ideas here. Like it was stated. "Where else can you get thousands of people helping you". Great site. Knowledge is only powerful when you share it.
