Ya I prefer to find and fix problems instead of them just fixing themselves. Easier to build experience. Looking forward to see if anyone responds to your question. I'm getting ready to do my very first front wheel. I usually "Pay The Man". I've researched doing both front and rear in preperation for the event. But still got 1 or 2K before the rear is needed.

is that bolt suppose to turn around if you dont lock the other side with a box ? Ive looked at the exploded schematic and theres alot of thing in there lol

As for the pivot bolt of the swingarm if i take a key on one side i can make it turn around the bolt follow the other side, i dont see that as a problem, but ive been told that on japs bike it doesnt do that...
