Default Dyna for a shorter guy?

Hey all, I'm a pretty short dude, 5'6.. I was told I wouldn't look right on a Fat Bob I was lookin at. There any legitimacy to that?

Why don't you just sit/ride on them and see what feels right. Not trying to be an ***, but whatever feels right to you is what I would go with.

Yup, it's how you feel that is important....you can get seats for shorter riders from H-D too.

That is BS. I am 5' 4" and I am on my second Dyna. The first was a Street Bob and now a Low Rider. You can change the suspension, seat, handlebars and risers as well as foot controls to make the bike fit you perfectly. Don't let anyone tell you that you would not look right on the bike. Get what you like and make any necessary changes to make it fit you.

I'm also 5'6" and have a fat bob that I really like. who says you won't look right and why do you care. If you like it, forget what anyone else says or thinks.

5'5" and you can do so much to feel like you ride in the bike and not on it. Never let any one tell you that you can not ride what you want to!

Gotta sister that rides a Switchback and she's got no problem with it. She's more vertically challenged than you seem to be. You just need to remember to put your feet or foot down when you come to a stop! That's it.

Total BS~! I am 5'6" with Smirf sized 29" inseam and I flat foot with both feet at a stop. When I first got me '12 Fat Bob I had a reduced reach seat, I installed Floor boards. I then up graded my seat to a Saddlemen Exployer and still flat foot with both feet.
See my ride in my signature below.

Since when do you listen to others opinion's and think they are right? There is no right or wrong answer to opinion's.
