Its in the front. The X-member is where the kickstand mounts. The front of the x-member is only 1/4 inch from the lower engine case, case bolt is hitting kickstand pivot. I have about 400 miles on it--- non stop rain in Ohio or I'd have more. I was thinking maybe the rubber is settling??? I checked everything is still tight & rear mount looks good?? Ill try to get better pics this weekend. I'm going to check other Dynas on Saturday at bike night. This is driving me bonkers.
I'll look at mine tomorrow. Contact Phil. He will take care of you.
Does anyone have an issue with the bottom crossmember hitting the motor? I hope this photo loads. My vibrations have got much worse the more I ride??? Everything checks out but this. My wife will no longer ride on it, she said her feet vibrate for hours after---I took her friend for a ride & she agrees.
What I had to do to mine was turn the pin around. I also put an oring on the flat side before puting it back in. I would definitly check your mounts also.
Revised?? How do you mean? I bought mine a month ago and haven't installed it yet! It is a two piece design! The mounting block for the frame is separate from the rest of the mount! Have I got the old design or the new? Don't want to open up a can of worms here!
Just wanted to update. Phil e-mailed by 8 this morning, I hadn't even e-mailed him yet. I told him the problem. Within 5 minutes he had one being shipped to me! I had one of the first ones, although I didnt install till late spring. He has since changed the mount. I wish all companies stood behind thier procts like this. I will install as soon as I get it. hopefully it will be nice next week and I can put some miles on the new mount. Thanks very much Phil!!! Jim
No one should have the 'prototype' design. Only ~6 were made. Even so I haven't had issues with mine. From what I understand they just clearanced it for the 'revised' design (the one you all should have) to make installation easier.

Matt, did you happen to look under your bike? How much clearance do you have from the front of the crossmember to the bottom motor case? I was wondering if someone could get a pic of this. I was going to get better pics today but raining AGAIN in northeast Ohio!!! Thanks, Jim
