Mid controls for taller riders??? help!

Default Mid controls for taller riders??? help!
Hey everyone,

Got a quick question for ya:

Does anyone know if there are other options for taller riders who want mid controls? My 08 FXD came with forwards on them, and I put on some mid peg mounts just so I have somewhere else to put my feet. Now I think I'd rather ride with mids, but they feel just a TAD BIT awkward. If i could put my feet maybe 2-3 inches more forward and maybe an inch or so lower, that'd be the perfect position.

So my question is: are the stock mid controls my only option or are there other ways I can sit with my feet under me as opposed to stretched out in front?

check out Knight Design. They have lowered foot pegs and lowering kits. If your bike is lowered, you will scrape pegs in the corners.

I have 1" lowered pegs on my FB, but I have 13" rear shocks

Floorboards. The Switchback "kit" runs around $320-ish (from online/discount dealers). Tons of room to move around & get comfortable.

Nice solution - I wonder how many after market exhausts will interfere with it.
