Do mean ones that stick out further or that are a little closer to you?
Not pegs but DK Customs have a few models of the cleated pedals, I have those for my highway pegs and they give the best traction I've found but may not be what your looking for since they aren't pegs exactly.
Another sponsor, can't remember the name at the moment sells inch long extensions for floorboards, not sure if they have them for pegs.
Might try some heel stirrups for the forward controls. To be able to rest your heels on the stirrups and the front of your boot on the pegs makes for a much more comfortable ride in my opinion.
Ever thought about cutting off your toes? Just an option...lol
Seriously though Ive seen a couple guys use those rugged paddle looking pegs. Like something off of an ATV or dirt bike...?!? Looked into them m yself cant remember what theyre actually called. Should solve the sliding off issue for sure.
You could just make some spacers and move your whole peg mount out at the base. I made some 1/2 in ones for my floorboards. Be surprised what that 1/2 in does for ya. Stupid cheap too. I think I paid 8 bucks for the bar stock I used. Something like that anyway. Under 10 bucks.
