Programming a 2nd fob into the TSSM
Hi. Lots of posts on how to program a pushbutton fob into the system.
A few posts say something like, if you have a 2nd fob, it must be programmed at the same time using the same sequence. Some also say that a successful program will erase previous fobs.
I have tried over and over. I get the first one programmed just fine. I cannot get the secund one to program. I've tried both of them first, so I can get either one to program first into the system, but I never get any confirmation that the second one is programmed.
Some posts say that after holding the button on the first one long enough, the turn signals will flash (confirmed) then immediately hold the button on the secund one 10-25 secs until you get another flash. My second one never flashes.
One post said the second fob must be programmed using the same procedure as the first, but when I do that, the first one is erased.
Can someone please point out where I went wrong.
