My brake light doesn't come on when I engage my bake brake. All other lights work fine. Checked my brake fluid thinking it could be low which would possibly cause this. Tail light is less then 5 months old, front brake while engaged turns brake light on. Any suggestions will help and be appreciated. I am unsure of any fuses or something to this effect.
looking at the bike from the back, on the right side just inside the exhaust pipe and below the transmission case, there is a rear brake light switch. Make sure it didn't come unplugged. If all is well there, replace it. This is a very common problem.
Hint: Don't take it out until you're ready to replace it (have the new one in hand) and make it a very quick swap making sure you do not depress front or rear brakes levers while it's out.
Looks like one of the two in this pic

UltraNutZ,
I tried to access the jpeg you attached but it said I don't have the access to open it. I looked at my bike and didn't see anything unplugged or loose. Its to bad I cant see the pics to ensure that I was looking at the right thing.
When you say replace it are you talking about the Rear Light or the switch?
