2014 CVO Limited excessive vibration

Default 2014 CVO Limited excessive vibration
just bought it used, 2500 miles, aneew vance & hines full exhaust & screamin eagle tuner, was mapped. trailored it home about 120 miles. every gear high vibration, like driving over gravel or highway strips, while throttling up it smooths out & once you come off the throttle vibraton comes right back. vibration is much worse with 2 up versus 1 up. i also feel a random vibration rattle non-rpm related low on the bike.

Did you notice the vibration during the test ride?

no, took a short ride around the parking lot, the dealer put on a new exhaust, screamin eagle tuner & mapped (no dyno).
from i've been reading could be 1. motor mount 2. exhaust mount/interference 3. tuning/map

Could be any of those or worse; tweaked crank. If bought from a dealer, load it up on the trailer and take it back. It's a '14 model and still under warranty. Get the issue in the system now.

yep, it's already back there. i expect to hear back in a couple hours.

here's what they found, the exhaust was hitting the floorboard and a bolt was found lodged between the engine & frame. the extended the floorboard out a little. both of these issues I had read about as a potential cause
