Got it seperated but cant lift it out. Too heavy.

I considered putting my chain hoist on it, but since it has to be swung sideways, even that would require an extra set of hands on the hoist. I was probably foolish pulling mine out by myself, throw the back out and you might drop it. And then there's all that time you won't do any more on the bike till the back heals (I've been there). If it does... Sounds like you may have to wait till you can get someone to help, keep from hurting yourself or the bike.

Removing as much as possible (cams, cylinders, stator) helps with the weight. I was able to remove mine myself fairly easily, but I'm a strapping young 40 year old (with a bad back).

Thanks guys. I realized i had a screw that hooks the voltage regulator cable still on. Once i took it off i was able to lift it and put it on the bench. Rookie mistake.

No a rookie mistake is not looking and breaking something going caveman on it , you did ok.
