Throttle Cable Issues
In other words just take the top switch housing off.
Stick the needle of the syringe into the top of the cable.
Depress plunger.
That way you can lube the whole cable.
The way the guy in the video does it he misses the top metal part with the 90° bend in it.
Good news is I found what was causing the prob. After spraying PB Blaster (thats all i had on hand) down the cables,I look at them from the carb end. I finally noticed that the jacket that covered one of the cable has pop out of socket(after I broke down and used a flashlight on it).
Bad news is that the cable has been frayed. So I'm looking at a replacement in the near future.
For now I have to figure how to pop that jacket back into place.

unless I am seeing this wrong I believe that both cables are out of their sets. I think the pull cable (the one still hooked up) goes in the notch above it and the loose one goes into a notched area further back on that same bracket.
Yeah, they're not even close to correct,
