Engine removal question
Hello, I have a 92 Heritage Classic. I am pulling the motor. The only thing left holding it in place is the rear engine to frame mounting bolt, the one next to the primary. Are there any tips/tricks or hints for removing this bolt short of pulling clutch and inner primary. Manual just states remove bolts. I can not see a clear way to get wrench on the bottom bolt.

While some will pull the motor without pulling the inner primary, there was a discussion here recently on the subject and the observation was made that putting it back together without screwing up the inner primary to motor seal was quite difficult and pulling the clutch basket off not that much more work.

I can't imagine trying to get everything back in and lined up correctly with the inner primary in place.

I did get the motor out, I pulled just the motor.. not the trans as well. Pulling the motor out was not to bad..but getting it on to the shop table was another thing altogether LOL
