So after I got it charging I charged my battery back up and took it for almost a 30 mile drive running everything electrical my Ultra has, voltmeter stayed at 13ish....Rode the 37 miles to work this morning and all seems well.
Only issue post work is a drip of oil from the primary (I didn't replace the gasket) so I kinda expected that. So other then that i'm ruling it a success! Hopefully this thread and help some other electrical charging system newb to get theirs worked out.
