At the shop we only fill to 22 oz. on a trans service. It keeps venting and drips to a minimum.
im hoping that’s all it was. Just had a little more than normal in there when I filled it. I’m going to take it out tomorrow and see if I get any more coming out.
Was the bike being held upright by a jack? Do you have a trans dip stick? I made this mistake once and over filled when the bike was on the bike jack and not completely not resting on the wheels. The bike needs to be on it's wheels and straight up when filling and checking dipstick.
If no dipstick, then a simple case of adding a little to much. YD

when I filled it, it was straight up on a lift. There is a dipstick and it is currently showing at the add line. That is while on the jiffy stand. But as I mentioned earlier I had just finished some suspension work, It originally had a lowering kit on the rear, I removed that and put on lower shocks. Keeping it at the 2” lower that it was. But I also lowered the front with new springs and added a 21” front wheel. So for as many times as I’ve changed the trans fluid before, the bike sits different now so I just went with the measurements and I believe I put in about 26 ish ozs when I filled it.
Sounds over filled.
As far as the high idle, your new enricher is probable not seated properly.
yeah that was going to be my next thing to look at. Taking off the carb and reseating that and making sure the cables have a clear path and are lubed good.
