Carburetor problems please help

CVs are great carbs, sometimes intake manifold vacuum leaks are hard to detect, sometimes you just have to take apart and inspect, the enricher "choke" plunger maybe wore out, check vacuum hose to voes switch and voes switch itself for vacuum leaks, if you have one on your bike.
Also check the enricher cable itself for proper adjustment and the rubber boot
