No problems.
My god man, Diesel oil in a Harley, you just defied all logic. Energy One recommends that pretty blue fluid, need a clear Primary cover to show it off.

I did try the Alto and while it barley held in the 113Road king it didn’t at all hold in the 127 Softail wet or dry, just crap compared to the Rivera frictions.. But I could try the Energy one, actually a little cheaper.

Clutch pack only, Evo industries basket, somebodies spring.

Alto holds a measly 125hp with spring and VPC for me just fine, 180 tire two up.

Both installed many moons ago.

Sorry you break stuff all the time.😆j/k

From the Energy One about info from the website, check the last paragraph.

113 120/120
127 140/140

When I blue printed and assembled a few they hit the advertised numbers. With my own I welded the crank pin, ported the heads and am running better exhaust (3 step tuned) and a bigger carb (D with tricks). So I know I’ll hit at minimum the advertised hp/torque. My guess is I’m close to 150 with the 127 and probably 125 with the 113. The 113 has an ev81 cam, welded crank pin, ported heads and bored out G with tricks.

The first client who had me blueprint the first 127 had me do it just as it came. He used a G carb and just Ultima drag pipes and hit the advertised 140/140.. he was ecstatic and put it in a hardtail drag bike frame.. not sure where that ended up and lost touch. But it’s a good indicator. Mine being mildly ported and having the D carb will only help.

A bit of a followup here.

Apparently Barnett Kevlar clutches just don't like ATF.

After however many miles, it started the slipping/chirping/grabbing stuff all over again. Ugh. Riding around with a clutch like that is a real adventure.

Called Barnett guy again. This time, he talked about how they prefer BelRay primary oil over ATF. Said ATF is "the most aggressive fluid you can use".

Well, the Bel Ray stuff is stupid money, but I remembered Schex saying how he used Rotella 4T, so I got me some of that and swapped it out. Thought about pulling the clutch apart and cleaning it, but figured go the easy way first.

The result? 100% perfect from the get go. I just did all that tonight, and just got back from a 100 mile shake down ride (including half an hour riding in stop and go traffic downtown to really stress test the clutch) and I couldn't get it to chirp even once.

So I guess the lessons learned are that Barnett clutches don't like ATF and listen to Schex in the first place.
