I found the following picture of the inside of them. They look to be the standard perforated steel wrapped in fiberglass. I am going to try them out and see what they do. At only $50 a pair shipped to my house, I can afford to write them off it they don't work.

Perforated should work pretty well then at that ID you should be okay.
Why was the dedicated thread section for dyno sheets done away with? Thats crazy if youre into it, theres a section for everyone into it? They keep all the dividing stupid political threads and get rid of a section about motorcycles? Where would you go to find a thread about Harley dyno results? A political forum board?
They didn't. Not sure where that came from. There is a pinned Dyno Sheet thread in the Sub Forum of most of the bike types, and there is also this one: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyno-charts-191/

Do you think I could use a little more advance?
No. The plug on right - The line closest to the tip is your idle timing (lowest it will be) The part of the line closest to the threads is the highest timing it has reached. That's what I see from this angle and may not be what you're seeing. Everything will change when you get baffles in.
