+1 guys! Some people seem to have the attitude that this forum is some sort of paid technical support that exists just for them...
Didn't mean to start a fight guys and it is a good point about the thread staying up top due to the additional banter.
I will say that this is the best forum I have ever been a part of. So many of you know a ton about these bikes and willingly share what would be deemed as valuable information. I mean things that some guys would keep secret just to make money on. So I sure appreciate the technical side and the banter just adds to it. Plus, I've actually connected with a few of you on the road and that is even better.
Panhead, as the gentleman from Hickory NC said. You can send your seat to Mean City Cycles, we stopped by there last week to get some minor adjustments to my wifes seat. They did it originally and there was a small spot that was putting pressure on her tailbone. They took the seat in right away asked her some questions and made the needed adjustments NO CHARGE !!. Great people there and they stand behind their work. Both hers and mine are done by them as are many of our customers, we love them. Their pricing is very reasonable too!!! Hope this helps.
