Thanks for the heads up. I checked and the dealership can get another chrome one but they are $66. For $54 i can just put a mechanical one on and not have to worry about replacing it again. Guess i'll see what the guy at the local shop thinks when i pick up the new intake tomorrow.
If all you have is a single idiot light, I wonder why the two posts? One must be the ground... If you felt like messing around you could figure it out with a meter, or just buy the correct one and be happy...LOL
I have the idiot light and a pressure gauge next to the speedo. The 2nd pole does seem to be a ground. I've had several people say they just put a mechanical guage inplace of the sending unit due to them going out a lot.
