Work in progress, but its an '04 swingarm, '06 FLX wheel, '08 rotor and brembo caliper, '05 pulley and a 1-1/8 x 139 tooth belt from an '05 bagger..... Sounds like a Johnny Cash song huh?

Hi Greg, I currently have an '07 swingarm and brake caliper from a trike conversion, plus '04 wheel in my '90 Glide, and have just scored a new unused Brembo from another trike conversion, courtesy Ebay USA. That is somewhere mid-Atlantic at present! I'm interested to see what you do to adapt it to fit, as I understand it won't just bolt in.

Hey Graham,
I've got the Brembo installed on the bike, though I'm waiting for the rotor and pulley to complete assembly. The bracket is 25mm and needs to be taken to 1". Thats really the biggest issue so far, but really not at all.. I simply used an old wheel cylinder hone and opened it up, took a bit, but worked just fine, its only .016".. Though it may not be ideal, I used the original master and blead the DOT4 out of the brembo, replacing it with DOT5. Stock brake line fits just fine.. So far so good.. The unexpected engine work has REALLY slowed my progress, so I've been hessitant to provide much update, knowing I cant road test it for a while.. I'll keep you guys posted and intend to do a build thread on each update.. This should be a completely different bike when I'm done..
Hi Greg, my swish 'new' rear Brembo turned up this afternoon and looks jolly good. I have other things to solve before installing it, so will put it to one side for now.

Should look something like this
Excuse the blue bolts, HD didnt have the correct ones in stock, so I used transmission bolts for mock up and bleading..
