Somebody please break it down for me. I have an '07 Road Glide, all stock except for Rush slipons. I'm thinking about true duals. What else has to be done to get it right? Air cleaner kit? Download? Also, is there any advantage with 2 into 1s ? Give me a "ball park on what it'll all cost.
Thanks,
Joe
If performance is important, a Vance &Hines 2 into 1Pro Pipe unit is the best going. Download with Race Tuner ,dyno and high flow with labor will cost you about 1350.00.
I'm running true duals with the Rush exhaust, love the sound but I have a carburated bike.
If you have a FI bike you'll want to install a tuner (HD race tuner, power commander, ext.) and a hi flow air cleaner. I don't think you really need to have it dyno'ed, your dealer should be able to install a base map. If you have't purchaced anything yet contact Jamie at FuelMoto he'll send you a preloaded PowerCommander to work with any combination you have.
Around here everybody runs Bub Rinehart exhaust. Most people will tell you they dyno the best.Just put true duals on my 1999 Ultra Classic. If fuel injected it does require a download. Best place to buy them is Ebay Store Eastern Performance. 675 free shipping. Most places they are about 1000.
V&H true dual headers with your Rush exhaust. Stage 1 air kit(Big Sucker kit is nice), then PCIII and get it tuned correctly or call Fuelmoto to get your PCIIIand they probaby have a map for your set up.
