All after market AC's will flow more than your engine needs accept maybe hyper chargers just cause they tend to break and stay closed. Pick the style you like and go for it.

I've got the Ness Big Sucker and am happy with the way it fit and works ... Flow? Unless you plan on serious modifications I would say that you'll notice zero difference in any of the breathers that are available.

True most will flow more than engine can use.
The cotton type you oil have been around a long time, like the SE heavy breather
The fiber Glass or SYN filter media Like the SE Ventilator uses filter better and require no oiling just wash and put it back.
Even some high flow throwaways out there.
I stick with SE Heavy breather Compact version , I like the way it looks, sounds when you roll on , fits with lowers on. And does not break like the copycat aftermarket does.

Like UC said, almost all aftermarket A/C will flow more air than even a Stage III 103 can eat...notable exception is the HyperCharger.

However, there is more to how much air an A/C will flow.

Internal Combustion engines run best on cool dry air.

Most aftermarket, (and all street legal), A/C's feed hot oily air into the air filter.

This compromises performance and also contributes to carbon deposits on the pistons (which can bring a whole other batch of problems down the road, especially with the 103's)

Take a look at the DK Custom Outlaw Hi-Flow Air Cleaners Systems. There are dozens of different looks, you may find one you like...and they don't feed that hot oily air into the air cleaner.
