I would take the dyno jet kit out. I've heard nothing but problems with those tuner type kits. I'm betting the
Slide is not opening properly.

After rethinking this I'm thinking you may need a set of plugs and or plug wires. I've also seen a bad ignition coil create a similar problem.

I forget what year it was but I had the first Buell M2 Cyclone that came out. I had a local Harley shop install a Dynojet kit. The bike would cut out on the highway around 65MPH. It would not go faster than 65 MPH. I took it back to tell them the problem and they said that they can't test ride it to figure out the problem because they weren't allowed to exceed the speed limit. I completely freaked out at the owner and he said he'd have one of his guys take it apart and look at it again. About 30 minutes later he came out and apologized and said they kinked the slide spring when they reinstalled it. Got on it and it ran like a champ after. Not sure if this is any help to you but it sounds relevant.

Make sure you re-installed the slide diaphragm properly. There's a little lip that fits into the cover. It sounds like it may not be seated well, or it got pinched and is sucking air. If that happened, or if it's worn, replace it (around $40).
The Dynajet kit works great, although the jets ARE different from stock, because the emulsion tube they screw into is threaded differently.

The jets on my 2002 FXD are 190/45. I'd look at the diaphragm on the slide for tears or not installed properly, not hard to do by accident. Also not a fun of the Dynajet kit.

Ok I'll take the carb out and check all of that.. Also now that I'm thinking about it the needle had 4 washers that I thought were all on top of the circlip now I'm wondering if one of them was underneath it. And also while installing new throttle and idle cables today I realized that the plastic fuel inlet elbow is cracked and slightly leaking fuel.. Could that possibly be sucking in air and cause it to do that.. And to top it all off the bike won't run right at all now.. Just completely bogging out like it's getting to much air or something.. I'm gonna drain the tank and ad fresh fuel as well

If nothing else works, put a Mikuni on it.

Great carb right out of the box...
