you've gotta be pretty freakin' stupid to mistake a full time modulating headlight, to a 'go ahead and go' flash. but there are some pretty dumb people driving these days.....

I got busted by some filthy pigs for flashing my headlights during the day - he accused me of warning oncoming traffic that there are cops in the area so he fined me over $200
