Honestly, I am done. Only thing I am purchasing for the bike is replacement parts....rear rotor is toast again and my key lock on the tank actually came right out of its socket. Dealing with these issues on Wednesday.

Once is enough to do the engine build thing. Did it to my 06 ultra. Yeah it was fun at the time but had problems with it after. Is 4-5k really worth it to make a harley a little faster??? No.

For me, part of the enjoyment of owning Reaper, is modding and tweaking her to my liking. Over the years, my tastes can change, so I mod and tweak her some more. I do most of my own work, so there's the satisfaction of that as well. Reaper is 13 years old, and has over 151,000 miles on her. This coming spring, she's getting a Baker DD6 gearset. I plan on keeping her forever, and to be honest, I hope that I never reach the point of not wanting to change SOMETHING, hehehe...

Cheers!

My Dyna is dialed in the way I like it, just gas and maintenance is all it gets now.

one thing that you could do to improve the look of your bike that won't cost you a dime.

I'm quite satisfied with both my main rides. That doesn't mean I won't add a shiny thing here or there or a little dressing but I haven't had anything major planned on either for a while. Usually if I don't reach a sort of equilibrium within a couple years I tend to pass the bike along to someone else. I have a friend who hasn't "finished" a bike in 40 years and that's cool for him; it just isn't my thing.
