Most roads are back open now, including the Great River Road. One moire thing , the number of killings are up by at least 10 compared to last year at the same time. They are going for a record this year it seems.
Nothing to see it the city unless you like big wheel Impalas and Monte Carlos. Oh , and load loud thumping "music" ?
Damn yall got me a little concerned about my route now with traffic, crime, etc. makes me want to stay out of it all together but I would like to see the arch and Budweiser if its not going to be inconvenient or unsafe.
Im riding from Nashville. Staying at the KOA south of town in a place called Pacific across from six flags. Is that a good area? Google has me going right though the city. 64 west to 44 south. Is that a bad way to go?
Not sure what time you are going to be getting into St. Louis. Check on the internet for parking at the brewery and also the Arch. I have parked at the Arch years ago and no one bothered my bike. If you are coming up 55, you can go straight to downtown or if you are going to Pacific, then take 270 to 44 then west to Pacific. Pacific is about 35 miles from the Arch on 44. Even if you are going 64 to 44 it is all highway so no problem there.
You will be alright at the Brewery and the Arch, just don't go any farther north on 70. Try and do your sight seeing early to avoid the work traffic. They do break into cars down by the Arch all the time though.
Pacific will be a fine place to stay the night.

Theres a KOA in Eureka which is very close to St. Louis. Not sure if its the same one youre talking about. We might hit that one up on the way back home.
