RGS does not start

RGS does not start
Hi all, I need your help with a 2019 RoadGlide Special, when I tried to start it it started to turn over as normal and before it started the starter still was trying to start bike but engine stopped turning over. You just heard starter whin but no engine noise. Also the bike moves forward when trying to start bike but still no engine firing up
please help

standard warranty is over but I do have the extended warranty but dealer is closed on Mondays
