anyone have any idea if this is a good price or not for this bike? its kind of rough, needs a bunch of chrome redone, but i have no idea what its worth in good condition. im going to check it out monday, im thinking the price is high.
i appreciate the input. i was just looking at not much more money seems to get alot more bike. 6-7k seems to get a cosmetically nice and mechanically sound fxr these days and i see what looks to be more than that price difference in cosmetic work. any idea if that tank dent can be popped out or would a new tank be in order?
No guess on the tank, other than to say that the guys who do that are real magicians and I've seen them pull of undetectable repairs on dents I would have thought were hopeless.
im going to pass. the owner says hes firm at what its listed for. in addition to what you can see, its got at least a front rocker box leak, needs a battery, and he had it running when i got there, when i asked for it to be cold. thanks for the input, but this ones not for me.

Generally, if the dent doesn't have a crease, they should be able to pop it out.
