just buying a 90 fl today my first harley and I want to check the tranny fluid what allen do I need and any wisdom on changing primary oil I would appreciate it thanks and I love this site and glad to have it

Tranny dipstick plug is 3/8"......Please do yourself a favor and get a manual for your model motorcycle. A Harley authorized manual is best for specifics and gives all information you will need to perform any type of work on your motorcycle. It will save alot of headaches and problems in the long run. You can probably find one on ebay or even at a dealer if you don't mind spending a little more. BTW Welcome to the forum and Ride Safe.
