This is a fact; whether or not you use your scoot as your main mode of transportation, you are buying a vehicle that is categorized as a recreational vehicle. There is no way to justify the price of a new scoot based on the technology, materials, or style. We buy them because we want them and they bring us pleasure and for that, we pay a premium. The good news is that, historically, HD's have held their value better than other recreational vehicles.
