i have mini ape's on mine. windshield work's great but i do have a low profile wind shield. it sit's just right to keep the bug's off. and the rain goes over to some degree but if you got high apes. it should still work enless you have them leaned back very far. but most people leave them pretty much straight up. so you should be fine for the road.
I was thinking the smaller windevest ones, not a full on windshield or anything. I mean I know it will take away from the looks, but I only plan to use iton long rides. The apes are going to be 14in, and not leaned back too far.
Apes with a "wimpshield". NOW THERE'S a visual. What a DUMMMM idea.
SO, goat head, call me, DUMMMM.
IMFUO, the only time they look REALLY DUMMM, apes with a batwing "fairy".
.
Sorry, these look stupid behind a shield...
And apes behind batwings look even stupider. The ones you have are just baby apes...look like Heritage mini apes and those don't look bad, but when you add 16" apes and a windscreen...yea, it looks kinda dumb.
