If you want a used one and can wear a large I'd be happy to sell you mine for peanuts + shipping. Mine is the flat black, but has orange pinstripe. I can send you a picture if your interested.
I've had it a couple years, but only wore it a few times. I think it's a well made helmet, reasonably comfortable, and as others said the ear pieces are great. It catches the wind real bad though and chokes me. I think the strap is in a bad place which adds to the choking.
