How long have you been riding and what bikes have you had?
I'm 38 and started when I was about 8 on a Honda 50, moved to a Honda XR80, a Yamaha YZ100 that I sold to buy a car at 16. Retired to cages till I was about 33 when I bought an Intruder LC 1500. Now an '07 Softail Deluxe.
Guess that's about 13 yrs total (most in the dirt).
I'm 31...been riding since March 05. Started on a 03 Honda Shadow 750 ACE. Bought a 05 Sportster 1200C in June 05. Rode that for 10,000 miles and just traded it in in September for a Wideglide!!!!!
I have been riding since 11......first 3 wheelers and motorcross bikes.....My first street bike was an Honda Interceptor.....then a Shadow ACE, then the HDWG!!!!
I've been riding since early part of 2002. I'm 33 now but I started on a Shadow Spirit 750 then moved up to a VTX then moved up to my RK Classic earlier this year. I am totally addicted to riding and only wished I could have afforded to do it a lot earlier in my life but college and getting started on making a living came first.
I was maybe 11 when me and my brother got our first mini bike. A year or two later I got a 1970 something Yamaha 125 Enduro. Maybe a year later I got a 1980 something Yamaha 250 then a year or 2 later i got a 1980 something Yamaha 650 Maxim. I ended up selling the Maxim after a couple years to get my first car. I missed not having a bike, so around 1989 or 90 I got a Kawasaki 454 LTD. I sold that bike before i went into the Navy in 91. I went without a bike since 91 up until last year when I got my 2005 883C Sportster.
I finally got my 1st bike when I was in my teens.
My 1st bike was A 1973 Suzuki gt380.
2bd 1979 Suzuki GS750L
1980 Yamaha XS850
1983 Yamaha Virago750 ( didnt like it )
2004 Honda Shadow Spirit VT1100
Now my current bike 1992 Ultra !
Took me over 30 years to get my 1st Harley.
Started around 1943 with a home made scooter with a Briggs & Straten engine. Then came a Famous James and then a Harley 125. That was before I graduated from high school. I don't recall the exact sequence of all the bikes but I've had more metrics than I have Harleys and I'm on my 5th Harley now which is an 05 1200C.
